Psychotherapy for Adults and Couples, PSY22345

Welcome. I am a licensed psychologist providing short and long term psychotherapy for adults. With more than 25 years of experience, I specialize in helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and individuals frustrated with their inability to form or maintain lasting relationships.

Emotional problems and conflict in relationships can be difficult to cope with and resolve alone.  I have great respect and belief in my clients capabilities, intelligence and power to meet the challenges that face them.

As a keen listener, I help identify and work on the isolation, grief and fear that stand in your way. Using my training and interpersonal skills, I will help strengthen your capacity to think, tolerate feelings, acknowledge red flags and move forward in the ways that are right for you.

We work together to help you:

Relieve suffering and build confidence.

Develop more satisfying and meaningful relationships characterized by mutual support, caring and sharing of experiences.

Improve your ability to face problems, connect with difficult emotions, and learn from your mistakes.

Increase your ability to appreciate your strengths and define and accept your limitations.

Increase your ability to use your talents and energy productively.
